PROCESSING TIME

Each piece is designed and 3D-printed in-house in small batches in Miami, FL. Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order before it ships. During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer — we'll notify you if there is a delay.

SHIPPING

We currently ship within the United States only, with free shipping on all orders. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Typical delivery time is 3-7 business days after processing, depending on your location.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

LUUL Design is not liable for packages lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at bufcompanyllc@gmail.com with photos of the damage so we can make it right.
